Pam - I believe you and I think this is a great deal. If I could sell one of my different properties, I would snatch it up. It is very hard to sell properties right now, even my own and I will never give them away. You should know when I'm kidding by now!

Endre, This is a neighborhood that sells for into the $$Millions. Lowest price, older smaller homes, usually start in the $600K+ and go way up from there.
Pam, based on what you are saying re.: million + for homes, wow then this lot is a real bargain. I find developers like to buy 20-25% of future value.
Endre, We also use the 20-25% rule. Lots like this one typically sell for $300+ This seller needs to SELL. I can't believe I haven't sold it in the past 2-weeks! The doesn't seem to be anyone looking for this right now??! ... Seller will look at all offers.
