Pam, I love the layout of your information. It's really easy to get the important information on the house. Gorgeous pictures... you're lucky to live in such a beautiful area.
Pam - Very beautiful piece of property! Questions = Can you build on .41 acres? If you can build a home/ cabin, what is the largest size home you can build? Can you build a 2-3 story? What type of septic system is required on this lot? What is the approx price for septic system? Is there easement to this property? What are the setbacks from the shore line? Etc-etc?
The reason for the questions is because I sell lake lots and there are many questions that buyers ask me and we always have to be ready to answer their questions, just keeping you on your toes Pam. How did I do.

You can Build your Year-Round or Vacation home here. There is a gorgeous Log Home just down the street and there are several several 5,000+sf homes nearby.
