Robert and Kristina, It is an absolutely gorgeous property. It is rare enough to get over 300' of frontage but for it to be lawn to water is REALLY rare! And it is Year-Round Accessable and Livable. The photos are awful but they were all we could scrounge up until I get up there to take some decent ones this weekend. It is 1-1/2 hour drive from Hayden Lake to Lake Pend Orielle. It will be in the mid 80's so I'll probably spend the day there enjoying it!

Yes, It is about 16 miles northeast of Sandpoint. Look for Fire Station on the Left and make a Right onto Peninsula Drive (opposite side of road from Fire Station).
