Pam - We Have a Paul Bunyan & his Blue Ox in Brainerd - Minnesota. Do you think it's the same Paul Bunyan? How did Paul and his Blue Ox get from Minnesota to Idaho? Do you think Paul rode the Blue ox? How did they get over the mountains? I am so confused. And by the way, really like your post!
Robert, Not only did Gool old Paul B travel all thay way from Minnesota to Lake Coeur d'Alene on hig Blue Ox .... dragging his axe behind him carved the valleys through the continental divide for the rest of us to follow! You've gotta celebrate that.
lynn, It is a great family event and always has a great turnout...Families come from an hundred mile radious for this.
Also, I enjoyed reviewing your blog posts especially POST GETS FLAGGED Happened in my OWN HOME... I cant figure AR out ! I can feel your pain!
Pam, Is that one of those "Landmark" Paul Bunyan statues? If so, it's nice to see it is being kept up and a great celebration on top of that. Tim
