Compared to alot of other areas we are not doing to bad. All price ranges are selling, just not as fast as everyone would like. We also have alot more inventory than we would like.
Those that have been hit the hardest are the ones that purchased in the last 3+/-years and now need to sell. Also, those that refinanced in the last 3+/-years and are unable to sell for what they paid. Hardest hit, just like everywhere else, are those that purchased with interest only & no money down variables, etc. Ouch!
Personally, I havn't had a bad year yet.... Still selling!
