Panhandle Autism Society's Caregiver Night Out from 5:00-10:00PM. RSVP to Tracy by Friday, March 27th at 208-661-4950. 1322 Sherman Avenue Suite E, at the corner of 14th and Sherman. Parking available in the back of the building. This gives the parents a much deserved break because some parents have difficulty finding people to care for their children and their unique needs. The cost is $25 for the first child and $15 for each sibling.

Post Falls

Build a kite at area libraries - Celebrate spring with kite-building sessions led by local enthusiast Gary Kubodera. The Post Falls Public Library, 821 N. Spokane St., will host Kubodera on Saturday, April 4, at 10:30 a.m. On Saturday, April 11, he will be at the Hayden Branch of the Kootenai-Shoshone Area Libraries, 8385 N. Government Way, at 10:30 a.m., and at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library, 702 E. Front Ave., at 2 p.m. The free programs are open to people of all ages. A special invitation is extended to all active-duty military personnel, veterans and their families. Kubodera will provide all the materials needed to build the kites, but participants who want to fly their kites should bring kite string. For more information contact Kubodera at (208) 755-2011.
